Workouts On Demand Yoga-Stretch #2 Workout Video Review
I'm a little embarrassed to say this but I just really don't like working out. I have been wanting to try yoga though because I have heard it's supposed to be really relaxing. So I was given a link to download and try the video Yoga Stretch #2 from Workouts On Demand for free. What I learned is that I just really don't like working out. The stretches are good and really simple, even though I am not so flexible, but it's hard to find time and motivation for a workout with three young children. It is just not for me.
